A very interesting and revealing opinion piece filled with actual quotes and anecdotes about Trump, published before the election, and it is still relevant today.
WHY was he elected? This was well known , available and understood by the literate public ( those who can read , in other words)
But, he was elected!
And his selfish, cold behavior has worsened since then.
His disinterest in maintaining a positive relationship with our Allies and practice of insulting his “enemies” with low class names- both worrisome in this atmosphere of potential Wars.
We are seeing evidence of his inhumanity, unkind thinking, selfishness in his comments and his approval of the heartbreaking conditions in the holding cells (“cages”) that contain thousands of children and parents who are trying for asylum and a chance at citizenship in America.
Are we to assume that his followers endorse his actions and behavior? Are they equally inhumane?
A very disturbing question.
