A pregnant woman with the mental age of a six to nine-year-old is to be given an abortion, a court has ruled.

The judge decided a pregnancy termination would be in the unnamed woman's best interests, despite objections from her mother.

If the woman isn't mentally capable of caring for a child, she shouldn't be forced to have one if she's in that situation. I agree with the judge here.

so the woman who's 22 weeks pregnant (very developed) wants her baby, her mother is willing to help and be guardian of the baby and wants her to keep him/her also. and a government official is deciding FOR HER against her consent to control her reproductive rights and you think this looks good for your side??

lets also add shes current;y 22 weeks, some babies have survived being born at 22 weeks, by the time she has the abortion the baby will probably be viable. the left claims late term abortions only happen when the mother's life is endangered, another LIE EXPOSED.

what happened to keeping the government out of your vaginas? oh- its okay if someone is a "undesirable". sounds like Margaret Sanger's eugenics legacy is living on through the left.

And the UK complains that the US still maintains capital punishment. What a bunch of hypocrites.

Once the American liberals read this? No baby will be safe.

A judge in the United Kingdom ruled that a mentally disabled pregnant mother must abort her baby because doctors have arbitrarily decided an abortion would be less traumatic for her than childbirth. At 22 weeks gestation, this baby can feel pain and may be viable outside the womb.

they also decided against the parents' wishes that baby alfie evans should DIE rather than be sent to america for treatment.

this is what the left wants, they want the government to decide whats best for everyone. they call the right fascists for wanting LIBERTY.

This is the kind of healthcare they want for all of us.. with a judge deciding who gets what treatment.
A judge deciding who lives or dies. There has been no crime committed, they're not on trial, they just need healthcare!
No thank you!

She wants to keep the baby and her mother(the baby’s grandmother) said she would take care of the baby.

What do you believe private insurance in the US would have done for him without the preexisting clause?
