The California “house of horrors” parents who abused and tortured 12 of their 13 children were sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 25 years Friday.

This is near me, I wish there was an update on the kids especially the older ones but I know authorities are trying to protect their privacy.

I was just reading an article about this. All I can say is their kids are by far much more forgiving than they could ever deserve.

I applaud the children who were able to speak at the sentencing hearing. I hope that helps them begin to heal. I'll never understand people who hurt children intentionally. Prison is too good for them.
