I mean, he even proudly said that he doesn’t read reports and just asks others to basically dumb them down for him so he can understand them.
Maybe that’s why he has fallouts with intelligence officials, you know, the ones who are informed and could guide him. But since he doesn’t like what they say, he does as he pleases- ignorant and misguided.
