Of course, the border works. That's why there's one there and not one by the Rio Grande River or where the desert is and building a border would be problematic and prohibitively expensive. Remember my post? The cost for a border wall along that area that doesn't have one has a cost estimate of $12 million dollars a mile. And that just includes areas that are not along the Rio Grande since we have a treaty with Mexico that prohibits changing the natural flow of the river. Remember? We have borders where they're needed. There is no "border crisis". We don't need to tear down and rebuild what is there.
