The Easiest Butter Chicken Recipe

Image

INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breast
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Butter
1.5 tbsp tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
1/4 medium Onion
1.5 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp Pink Salt
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. Generously coat in spice mixture. Set aside in bowl.

2. Heat skillet to medium and add butter. Add onion/garlic to pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent and fragrant.

3. Increase pan heat to medium-high and add chicken. Cook it almost entirely through - the outside should be white. About 3-5 minutes.

4. Once chicken looks almost cooked add heavy whipping cream and tomato paste. It should be an orange color. Turn heat to medium-low and cover with lid for 5-7 minutes.

5. Remove lid/mix. Serve with low carb naan or over cauliflower rice. Enjoy!

I tried this recipe and it's excellent!

Im going to have to try this. Also had butter chicken sauce awhile ago...but I’m sure it had a billion carbs.

Too bad there isn’t Keto naan.

Looks great but I think I would take out the Heavy Whipping Cream and substitute coconut milk instead.
