Anyone make this from her latest cookbook?
It's frozen mango chunks, coconut milk, honey and kosher salt. Blended. Then frozen.
It seems to be lacking sweetness but I'm not sure if that is normal. I'm thinking about adding a sweetener or more honey and re-processing it.
Any thoughts, suggestions?

I don't have her second cookbook. I have her first one, and yet to try any recipes in it. I would probably just up the honey a bit, and adjust according to taste.

I don't like mango =0(
The coconut milk and mango will be plenty sweet. Just make sure you get the kind of coconut milk in a can that tastes like coconuts if you want a coconut-mango taste and it will be sweet. If you get the So Delicious Coconut milk in a carton, that doesn't have much of a coconut taste. You can certainly add honey if it's not sweet enough.
