Apparently someone didn't like their work being shared, and filed a dmca takedown request. I get notices from pinterest about someone not wanting their work shared. Which is common.
Many authors I network with have had their work stolen, which is a loss of revenue for them. The one who may have complained, may have been losing revenue, which generated the complaint.
The way around this, is to ask the author of the article if you can share it. If they say yes, go for it. If not, don't. If a site gets to many complaints, a site can get taken down.
