There isn't much you can't make in one.

I made pasta tonight in mine.

Hard boiled eggs - I was never able to get them right on the stovetop, but they’re easy in the pressure cooker.

https://pressureluckcooking.com/ <--- I love his website. I've made both his strogonoff recipes, Mississippi roast beast, Polynesian pineapple chicken.

There’s a Mississippi roast version for a slow cooker in the NYT Cooking App. It uses some of the ingredients listed on the link you added. The pepperoncinis are wonderful. I use sliced ones so I don’t have to remove the stems. It’s absolutely delicious. I use chuck roast.🙂

That is what I used for mine too, the sliced ones. Last time I made it I accidentally went a bit heavy on them. Still so tasty over a fluffy bed of mashed potatoes. Usually I do the Lipton soup recipe roast in my IP. Chuck roast is the best for it.

https://www.mybakingaddiction.com/insta ... heesecake/ Did this one last year for Kidlet's birthday. But did mint oreos.

https://foodisafourletterword.com/recip ... ke-recipe/ <---- Made this for Kidlet's birthday back in February. Instead of chocolate graham crackers, changed it for pretzels.

ETA: If you do decide to make sweets in your pot. Buy a secondary sealing ring. You don't want your sweets tasting or smelling like ribs.

I love mine but haven’t used it in forever as this is grilling season.

Winter favorites are beef stew-love that everything from seeing the meat to making the stew is one pot.

Second fave is Wedding soup. Again, all one pot from
Doing the chicken to the pasta at the end!
