Many reason:
Found someone else
Not happy in the relationship
Partner has changed
One may be more committed than the other
He can’t see himself marrying you or staying with you.
You have too much baggage
He could be married and decided to go back home.
List list can go on and on.

If he's not feeling the relationship, he should end it. It wouldn't be fair to either of them to continue.

There's fifty ways (reasons) to leave your lover. I hate being ghosted. I'd rather hear "you're a bitch" or "look I only wanted to have fun," than get ghosted.

What a strange question. Not wanting to be in the relationship anymore is all the reason anyone needs to break up. Isn't really anybody's business why that is.

Because he no longer wants to be in a relationship with her. I mean really that's the only reason anyone needs to end any relationship.
