Nothing, I don’t have a problem with a list but it’s not a requirement at a wedding or bridal registry that acceptable gifts are only the ones listed, they are suggestions.

Socially, it’s a totally different situation. Close loved ones picking toys they think kids they know and love would find joy in is in no way similar to two adults informing guests who likely don’t know them very well on what they still need for their household.

Regardless, let’s imagine this is a bride fuming about how someone dared buy something that they thought she’d like but that wasn’t on her registry. It’s STILL entitled, controlling, ungrateful, and tacky.

Nothing, I don’t have a problem with a list but it’s not a requirement at a wedding or bridal registry that acceptable gifts are only the ones listed, they are suggestions.
