I knew how to spell banana way before there was a song. Like decades.

I already knew how to spell banana. I've only heard the catch line from the song when used on tv.
The oranges of the island are like blazing fire
Amongst the emerald boughs
And the lemons are like the paleness of a lover
Who has spent the night crying.
My soul was ripped to shreds on 10/27/14

I don't, but I do say wed-ness-day in my head every time I have to spell that.

I still sing b-o-l-o-g-n-a when I need to spell bologna lol
It's hard for me to spell "bananas" outloud. Maybe if I knew the song it would help.

Ugh.. I can't stand that song. Banana is one of those words you learn to spell in elementary school so it kinda baffles my mind that people cannot spell it.

I know the song, but don't remember the lyrics. That was a sight word when I was 5.
