Is it possible for a child to look almost identical to their first cousins but nothing like the father? I know a girl who has a daughter by this guy ( she doesn't look a thing like the dad but she's the spitting image of the first cousins (on her dad's side). Weird?

My dd looks a lot like her cousin on her dad's side. Im fairly certain I didnt conceive with dh's sister. A lot of women on his side have very similar traits.
