No, sometimes I take melatonin if I have to wake up early
I have several but they never work so I just stay up all night binge watching shows or movies until I fall asleep

No. I won't wake up when I need too. The few times in my life that I really wanted them to work they didn't to a thing. I hated that.
Government funded doctor's offices. Where are those?Anonymous 1 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 2:10 pm Nope. They don't give those out at the government funded doctor offices.
You've tried to obtain them from those offices and they don't have them or you didn't qualify?
Did you continue to check other places?

No, I am fortunate, I have never struggled with insomnia. I am an excellent sleeper!
It's like an income based doctor's office. They wouldn't give me anything for sleep, just told me to exercise and meditate. I assume it's because of potential abuse. I have also heard it's difficult/nearly impossible to get certain ADD and anxiety medicines. I have not tried anywhere else because I'm now breastfeeding and really can't take anything like that now to my knowledge.iamanon wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 4:03 pmGovernment funded doctor's offices.
