Yes. When I go to bed I turn it off. Sometimes during the day I also turn it off. I'm not that connected to my phone.

Usually not. I have a 78 year old father that lives alone, so it stays on. Which I think about turning off because a couple of mornings during the week I have nitwits calling me at 6:57am...LOL

My cell phone is usually in my purse and I rarely hear it if anyone calls or texts. I dont carry it in my hand or back pocket

Nope. It’s always on. It can be silenced, so turning it off really isn’t necessary.

My phone stays on silent. That is as close to off as it gets, and I dont keep it in my hand.

It's on do not disturb all day but never off. But neither do I carry it on me all the time.
