Fruit juice and milk are favorites too, and they drink water of course. They're 8, 10 and 13, all girls.
Eh? I what world does milk have a lot of sugar? I know fruit juice is a little sugary, but it's healthy in other ways.
Milk naturally has a lot of sugar. Fruit juice they are finding really isn't all that healthy. Both are fine in moderation.

Just one a day is a lot for kids. If you are worried about their weight, you should cut down more than that.
Do you think even one a day is that much? It's not that unhealthy, right?
I think that's a lot for a kid.
I guess. I do think it's possible to be too cautious about this sort of thing though.

Thanks! Not sure about completely eliminating it, but definitely going to try to get them down to one a day!

Are you being serious? Soda has over 40 grams of sugar. That's much more than you should have in a day

I don't keep soda in the house. My husband and I will have it on occasion when we go out somewhere. We'll give our son a sip here and there. He doesn't care for it, and usually just wants his water. I can't even get this kid to drink juice.

Wait so even one soda is more than their daily allowance? That can't be right.

In this world. I believe it’s 10g per cup, if I recall correctly.

Man, why is everything so unhealthy? What can they drink then, just water? That's so boring.
