I'm not sure she is the OP. Don't get me wrong it's totally up her alley and I wouldn't put it past her......but I do know she is capable enough not to make such a rookie mistake. Of course she could be intentionally making a rookie mistake as a means of trolling people because she's bored. I mean it's whatever, just move it to the proper F***ing section, y'know?

Meh, I tore my meniscus and they don’t want to do surgery because apparently it drastically increases your chances of getting arthritis. This shit hurts. It’s a real problem.

Ive had 2 meniscus repairs. It sucks. I now have severe arthritis in my knee which in my mid-30s isnt normal. All my other joints are fine. Recovery after surgery isnt the calewalk they say either. Try to heal with pt, rest and braces if you can. I know a meniscus tear hurts like a son of a bitch.

I tore my meniscus when I was 12-13 and had surgery the summer between my freshman and sophomore years of high school. The surgeon told me I'd have arthritis in that knee before I was 30. He was right. If it hurts, get it repaired. It's only going to get worse, not better.

The knee specialist actually told me they prefer to avoid surgery at this point because it can actually often heal on its own. It just takes longer than I would like.
