He sounds like my neighbor. He gets pissed when my kids are outside on the trampoline and/or in the pool. He’s actually asked that the kids not jump because he doesn’t like hearing the trampoline. We just ignore him.

To be perfectly honest I've said to my neighbor's dog hey this is MY property quit barking at me. As if a dog understands property lines lol. But the neighbors are decent people so generally I let that go. They don't have the dog out all day. I'm just glad he controls that dang Jack Russell. For a while that dog would run everywhere and not come when it was called. Now it's leashed when he and the owner come outside.
