Almost done! I have just the matzoh balls, the dessert and the chicken to do and my brisket has been in the oven for about 2 hours now.

Wasn't that you last year that taught us about the kitchen and the separate dishes and wrapping everything in tin foil? That was so cool to learn about. I covered all my kitchen in tin foil and a plastic covering this Wednesday so I could start cooking for both seders yesterday and today.
Iโm seriously proud of my matzoh balls! Theyโre huge!
