Spin off how often were you left alone as a teen?

All the time. I was a latch key kid of the '70s. We were home alone when we got home from school until mom came home from work about 3 hours later.

Almost every weekend but I didn't mind. And no, no one was allowed over. I could go to a friends house though if I wanted. I usually just stayed home and blared music..Lol!

Not that often before the age of 16. I lived with my grandparents and even tho they went away every weekend my mother would come and stay with us. I left home just after my 16th birthday

Daily. My parents both worked and had social lives. We were always fine with it, we were teens so it's not like we needed them there all the time. We were left alone overnight once my sister was 16 and I was 14.

I can’t recall a time when I was but only because I am the youngest in our family and our grandmother had a suite downstairs in our house so someone else was usually around.

From thirteen or fourteen on, I think, after school. My mother went back to work. It didn't bother me.

I started to work, too, when I was sixteen. I dumped high school to work. I loathed high school.

Started being left alone during the day on the weekend from about 14. Always used that as a time to watch porn and have some fun. From about 18, I was left a few times over weekends. I was told 'no friends/boys over' but still did what I wanted anyway. My mother threatened that people were watching and she would have people check up on me - but she didn't and I did what (rather who) I wished. She still doesn't know and I'm in my 30's.

I have no idea, it’s been a long time since I was a teen. I started babysitting at 10 and occasionally left home alone. By 13 one of my family chores was watching my siblings one weekend night a month for their date night. By 16 it was 1 night a week I babysat. I was home alone anytime my parents weren’t if I wasn’t home when they left. Yes, I was allowed a couple friends over and my boyfriend at that time was allowed over.
