Mine have too but I can handle that. It’s this other stuff. I’m freaking dying over here.

Mine are heavy. Cramps kill me and make me want to throw up. No amount of pain killers help. I hate being a woman at times. I want to rip the dang uterus out. It should be easier to get it out.

When I got to my 40's and was entering peri. I would get horrible PMS symptoms for 3 days of my period. All poor hubs had to do was just breathe and I wanted to kill him on site. Poor man.

I think you mistyped that. I believe you meant to say 28 and 29. There's no F***ing way you're almost 40

Physically my pms symptoms were way worse when I was in my late 20s/early 30s. I'm 38 now and the biggest difference has been emotionally I'm a wreck during pms. Look at me wrong and I'm either pissed or butthurt. No middle ground. Then a couple of days pass and I realize I was being an asshat and oversensitive.

Since I’ve hit my late 30s/early 40s (I’m 41), everything has changed. I’m nauseous for days up to my period. The headaches are debilitating almost and I’m not a headache person. My muscles seem to ache and I get chills and hot flashes. Then the day my period comes it all disappears. I’m leaving for vacation in 2 days and I’m so miserable right now.

Did anyone here find that once they got older that their pms symptoms got almost unbearable? What did you do? Obviously I need to go to my doctor but I wouldn’t be able to get in before the weekend. I need help.

I get PMS/DMS every few months. Like right now I'm pissed off as hell, totally irrationally and want to cry and eat something salty and sweet at the same time.
BF is staying away from me for right now.

I'd buy 29, not 39. I'm 37 and thought I was aging well. Not next to her! Lol

If that avatar is your picture, I hate you just saying.. Seriously 39 and look like that pfft.. Some days I look like I'm 12 other days I look like i'm 50 my eyes give away my tiredness/exhaustion. Probably would help to wear make up but I suck at it so badly!
