I'll confess, I don't really like

I could never be a stepmother. It takes too much effort to pretend to be interested in what other people's children are doing.

Catholic school events are hard. I went to a catholic school and was bored by it to. Personally I don’t like going to events that my children aren’t featured in but it always nice to support. Even if you snore through it :D

Can't say I'd enjoy going to those events either. I really don't like going to kid events at all, even for my own.

Yeah, those Catholic events are rather long and repetitious.

My siblings went to a catholic school K-8 and you are right. Everything is mass first and I went to all their events. There are 15 yrs between one brother and I, 17 between my sister and I and 19 between my other brother and I. Everything was so boring but I sucked it up and went lol

Perhaps you could take a separate vehicle and meet up with everyone after Mass?

I would not like that either honestly. I mean attending school events in general can be boring. But ones with a bunch of prayers. Boredom city. But its good you go anyway and suck it up.
