Yes when I was a single mom working full time with my own apartment I got food stamps and medicaid. It’s been a long time since I got married and off assistance.

But I am glad it is there, I get sick to think of babies or actually anyone experiencing food insecurity. It’s one of the essentials in Maslow’s heiarchy of needs.
What’s an “old mama?”
32, 34, and 38, when I delivered my 3, so different place in life than I was in my 20’s.
I had my oldest at 33 and youngest at 39. I’m not an “old mama”!!!!! 😂

As are all the rest of the tax credits available 😁. And I take full advantage of what credits I qualify for.

Tax credits are not all income based.

I said no. We did use wic for 6 months but I don't really consider that small amount welfare. Oh and dh got $400 in partial unemployment this year. But we have paid so much in. We have never gotten eic even.
