A) obviously it’s wrong if they were explicitly told not to and

B) it ONLY bothers you because they were trying to sell them to military members?

I think if they get caught doing it, they should lose their rights to future complimentary tickets.

That's wrong. I could see trying to give them away to other families that couldn't get theirs, but selling them for a profit is just wrong.
