we think alike. I was literally about to post this for her
Well I hope they at least get some damn enjoyment out of it.
We got broken into while on our honeymoon. Someone broke a window. I suspect a neighbor saw us leave with the limo and me in my wedding dress. Fortunately the wedding gifts and checks were with my in-laws.

Sorry this happened to you. Thieves suck! Check local pawn stores for the bike and maybe file a police report just so they have record of it. And then, lock up that gate, though it sounds easily jumpable it's still a deterrent.

That's a good idea! It might serve a couple purposes, too. It would put the neighborhood on notice that there's a thief in the area. It may locate the bike locally (because it may have been stolen just to get from point A to point B). And, especially during this time of year, it might inspire someone to replace the bike!

I'm sorry. Thieves suck! If you are in local crime watch FB groups, post in there about the stolen bike. Maybe someone saw something. Do you have issues with tweakers in your area? Around here, we call them T.O.M.B.'s= tweaker on mountain bikes.

Who has spent the night crying.

Hilarious!
OP, I had a student once who said that his parents stole his bikes and sold them. He was in foster care. I'm assuming they were on drugs. I'm sorry it happened to you.
